Night Games is an interesting score though not necessarily a great one. The main theme as opens the album recording is a dull one for piano and strings, but the score soon picks up into an intriguing dark romance in which Barry plays inventively with cues in tango and waltz time. It tires out at times but otherwise the combination of evocative choir and darkly coloured strings is seductive. There are a number of great cues that every Barry fan will want to hear.
